I read an article recently that said the price of wheat was going up. It didn’t end there. The article spoke of groceries going up in general. The one thing that really caught my eye about the article was that it stated if prices continue to rise that a loaf of bread would cost $5 a loaf by the end of the year! This prompted me to re-think what I could do for our family to help ease that cost since we do consume a lot of bread. This got me thinking that it may not be a bad idea to invest in a good breadmaker now, before the price inevitably goes up on these too. So, today I found a nice breadmaker with 4 1/2 stars out of five for a decent price. I hope the article was completely wrong, but if not, fresh bread sure sounds good to me!
